In accordance with the provisions of the "Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties", as well as its respective regulations (hereinafter the "Law"), "Mr. Roberto Emmanuel Guevara Higuera." (hereinafter Ventura Trust & Legal), issues this Privacy Notice under the following terms:

IDENTIFICATION OF THE PERSON RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR PERSONAL DATA

"Ventura Trust & Legal", with address located at Calle Jalisco #1511 2ndFloor, Colonia Las Garzas, Postal Code 23079 La Paz, Baja California Sur, and internet portal https://www.venturatrustlegal.com, is responsible for the use and protection of personal data collected from any natural person (hereinafter the "Owner").

PURPOSES OF THE PROCESSING YOUR PERSONAL DATA

The personal data we collect from you will be used for the following purposes: (i) billing of the service provided, (ii) fulfillment of the obligations contracted with you, (iii) notification of possible modifications to the conditions of the services provided, (iv) notification of changes to this Privacy Notice, and (v) notification of news and special events.

If you do not want your personal data to be used for the purpose specified in point (v) of the immediately preceding paragraph, you can communicate the above to: office@venturatrustlegal.com, indicating an email in which you can receive the response.

PERSONAL DATA COLLECTED

We will collect from the "Owner" as personal data the following: (i) name, (ii) address and email, (iii) telephone, (iv) sex and date of birth, (v) nationality, (vi) marital status, (vii) occupation, (viii) legal proceedings where they are a party, mentioning that such data is collected in an enunciative and non-limiting manner.

OPTIONS AND MEANS TO LIMIT THE USE OR DISCLOSURE OF PERSONAL DATA

We provide the strictest confidentiality to the personal data collected from the "Holder”; we also adopt rigid administrative security measures that allow physical documents with personal data to be reserved in a place with restricted access.

MEANS TO EXERCISE RIGHTS OF ACCESS, RECTIFICATION, CANCELLATION AND OPPOSITION

You may at any time exercise the rights of access, rectification, cancellation, and opposition (hereinafter "ARCO Rights"), for its exercise you must send your request to the following email: office@venturatrustlegal.com.

The request must contain and accompany the following: (i) The name of the holder and address, as well as an email address to communicate the response; (ii) The documents that prove the identity or, where appropriate, the legal representation of the owner; (iii) The clear and precise description of the personal data with respect to which the respective right is sought, and (iv) any other element or document that facilitates the location of the personal data.

The response will be given in 20 business days from the day the corresponding request was received, which will be sent to the email provided by the "Holder".

Likewise, you are informed that you have the right to initiate a Rights Protection Procedure before the National Institute of Transparency, Access to Information and Protection of Personal Data within 15 fifteen business days following the date on which you receive the response of "Ventura Trust & Legal", or in case of not receiving a response, from the end of the period of 20 twenty working days from the date of receipt of your request to exercise "ARCO Rights".

TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA

At no time and without exception of any reason, we will transfer the data collected to third parties without the express consent of the "Owner", except for the cases contemplated in article 37 of the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties, that it is the express requirement of the competent authority.

CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

This Privacy Policy may undergo modifications, changes or updates derived from new legal requirements, or from our own needs for the products and services we offer; if so, we will keep you informed about the changes that this Privacy Notice may undergo through our internet portal or by email.
